Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
You can request a delivery address change within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing us at info@ibrushy.com.
After this time frame, we’re unfortunately unable to guarantee any changes, as the order may already be in processing.
If a new shipment is required, we may need to send a replacement parcel at 50% of the original shipping cost.
What should I do if my parcel is on hold or marked as delivered but I haven’t received it?
If your parcel is on hold or hasn’t been delivered successfully, we recommend contacting the local courier directly to arrange a new delivery attempt.
If the parcel is returned to our warehouse due to failed delivery or non-collection, a reshipping fee will be applied to send it again.

You may request a return within 90 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and free from damage.
