US Laws Compliance
This page summarises the rights that some US state privacy laws (for example in California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Florida, Oregon, Texas and Montana) give residents, within the limits and conditions of each law, and explains how to exercise them. What information we collect, why, and with whom we share it is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Your rights
- Know and access: find out what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and receive a copy.
- Delete: ask us to delete your information, except information the law allows or requires us to keep.
- Correct: correct inaccurate information.
- Portability: receive your information in a portable format.
- Opt out of “sale”, “sharing” and targeted advertising: we share some information with advertising partners to show you relevant ads, which some state laws may treat as a “sale” or “sharing”. You can ask us to stop by emailing info@ibrushy.com.
- Appeal: challenge our decision on your request.
- Non-discrimination: we will not treat you differently because you exercised any of these rights.
How to exercise them
Email info@ibrushy.com, if possible from the email address you used for your order, and tell us what you are asking for. We will verify your identity before we respond. We reply within 45 days of receiving your request; if we need more time, we will tell you within that period, and any extension will stay within the legal limits.
You can also have an authorised agent submit a request on your behalf: the agent must provide your signed authorisation, and we may still verify your identity directly with you.
To appeal our decision, reply to the email in which we told you about it. If your appeal is denied, you can contact your state Attorney General.
